Why Concrete Surfaces Leak
Cracks in the wall, floor, or ceiling surface and delaminated concrete are common causes of leakage. The more extensive the cracks, the more serious the issues with leaking will be, as water from the environment makes its way through the cracks and the delaminated concrete.
Concrete repair comprises crack repair, patching,
a waterproofing membrane (if required), and a finish coat. Our specialized materials allow us to do extensive concrete crack repair, which ensures lasting waterproofing and makes concrete restoration possible. Concrete patches as thin as
5 mm can be installed, allowing for the patching of floors, walls, and ceilings, even without forming.
Crack repair and patching can be followed by a polyurea-based membrane, if needed. These waterproofing membranes are spray-applied, which is ideal for large-scale commercial applications.
As the final step in concrete surface repair, a UV-resistant
(for exteriors) non-slip paint is used to fully protect surfaces against harsh weather conditions and to make them safe to walk on.
Our concrete work, done with specialized materials, allows us to do patching as thin as 5 mm, which saves time and labour since only minimal demolition is needed.
No Forming Required
Walls and ceilings can be patched without the use of forming, thanks to our industrial-strength materials. Our specialized adhesive's 1.8-MPa monolithic adhesion strength allows for repairs to be done without the use of forming.
Decorative Protective Finish
Specialized UV-resistant (for exterior repairs), non-slip paint provides a decorative concrete refinishing option, as a final step of surface repair.
Cracks are filled with a specialized adhesive and polymer cement and then coated with a primer, for best results.
To repair a crack on any concrete surface, a clearly defined procedure is followed. Cracks are prepped and then coated with specialized, industrial-strength adhesive, after which they are filled with polymer cement and sealed with a waterproofing primer.
The use of our specialized industrial-strength materials makes it possible to resurface concrete even on walls and ceilings.
All loose unsound concrete is removed, and concrete surfaces are cleaned in preparation for patching and restoration.
Once repairs are finished, a final protective coating is applied for complete concrete refinishing.

A: For areas, such as garbage room floors – that receive a lot of impact from heavy equipment being moved across their surface – we use a specialized coating consisting of fiberglass and basalt.
