Any Type of Concrete Surface Restored
Even heavy-traffic areas such as utility or garbage room floors can be completely restored. These concrete surfaces are fully protected against acids and mechanical intrusions through the use of polyurea-based waterproofing membranes, applied after the necessary crack repair and patching are completed.
Concrete wall and ceiling repair can be done even without the use of forming, thanks to our specialized methods and materials. Our industrial-strength materials have been tested to MTO standards to last 25 years, ensuring durable waterproofing.
Why Concrete Surfaces Leak
Cracks in the wall, floor, or ceiling surface and delaminated concrete are common causes of leakage. The more extensive the cracks, the more serious the leaking becomes, as water from the environment makes its way through the cracks and the delaminated concrete.
Our Solutions
Concrete repair comprises crack repair, patching, a waterproofing membrane (if required), and a finish coat. Our specialized materials allow extensive concrete crack repair, and patches as thin as 5 mm can be installed — patching floors, walls, and ceilings, even without forming.
Crack repair and patching can be followed by a spray-applied polyurea-based membrane where needed, which is ideal for large-scale commercial applications. As the final step, a UV-resistant, non-slip paint fully protects surfaces and makes them safe to walk on.
Application Benefits
Our specialized materials allow patching as thin as 5 mm, saving time and labour since only minimal demolition is needed. Walls and ceilings can be patched without forming, thanks to our adhesive’s 1.8-MPa monolithic adhesion strength.
A specialized UV-resistant (for exterior repairs), non-slip paint provides a decorative concrete refinishing option as the final step of surface repair.
Our Repair Methods
Concrete Repair Methods
Concrete repair comprises crack repair, patching, an optional waterproofing membrane, and a protective finish coat — with patches as thin as 5 mm and no forming required.
Crack Repair
Cracks are filled with a specialized adhesive and polymer cement, then coated with a primer for best results.
To repair a crack on any concrete surface, a clearly defined procedure is followed: cracks are prepped, coated with industrial-strength adhesive, filled with polymer cement, and sealed with a waterproofing primer.
Concrete Patching
Our specialized industrial-strength materials make it possible to resurface concrete even on walls and ceilings.
All loose, unsound concrete is removed, and the surfaces are cleaned in preparation for patching and restoration.
Finish Coating
Once repairs are finished, a final protective coating is applied for complete concrete refinishing.
A specialized UV-resistant, non-slip paint provides a decorative finish and ensures the newly repaired concrete slabs are safe to walk on.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Our concrete floor is badly delaminated — can it be repaired?
Yes. Polymer cement with adhesive allows patches as thin as 5 mm, then a protective top layer.
Will the repaired surface withstand weather?
Yes — a UV-resistant, non-slip coating protects it.
Is there a coating for heavy-traffic areas?
Yes. For high-impact areas like garbage rooms we use a fiberglass-and-basalt coating.
Cracked or delaminated concrete?
We repair cracks, patch as thin as 5 mm without forming, and protect surfaces with UV-resistant finishes — MTO-rated materials built to last 25 years.
