Roof Capping and Exterior Expansion Joint Repair
Two more projects recently completed at the high-rise residential building located on Lee Centre Drive in Scarborough, Ontario involved roof capping and exterior expansion joints. Roof Capping The aluminum capping had shifted, creating gaps around the roof edges. The gaps needed realigning, caulking, and painting to remedy the issue with leakage caused by joint separation (joints between the aluminum sheets). The repair procedure was as follows: Existing caulking was removed.
